Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,450 per week

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in New London, Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Perform tasks such as positioning patients, administering treatments, and documenting progress
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment

Requirements

• Active therapy state license and corresponding education credentials
• Experience: New grads welcome, 2+ years of relevant experience preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
