Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,450 per week

About the role

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Waukon, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy care under the supervision of licensed therapists.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve mobility and strength.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare team members.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

• Active physical therapy state license and required education credentials.
• Experience in physical therapy assistant roles is preferred but not required.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and procedures.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
