Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,450 per week

About the role

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Burtonsville, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Perform therapeutic exercises and activities under supervision
• Help maintain patient records and documentation
• Support patients with mobility and rehabilitation needs

Requirements

• Active therapy state license and corresponding education credentials
• Experience in physical therapy assistant roles (2+ years preferred)
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
• Committed to providing excellent patient care

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
