Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,431 per week

Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Portland, Oregon. This position involves making a significant impact as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in a Rehabilitation Center setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing personalized treatment plans developed by physical therapists
• Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient function and mobility
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising physical therapist
• Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and safety measures
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
• Support discharge planning and facilitate continuity of care as needed

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited PTA program
• Completion of National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) OR PTA licensure/certification
• First Aid Certifications (BLS) strongly recommended

Pay

$1,408.96 - $1,452.54 / week

Schedule

• Shift: 8 hours, days
• 40 hours per week
