About the role
MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Merced, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
- Assist in patient care activities including but not limited to patient positioning, mobility, and therapeutic exercises.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans as required.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
- Current state license and at least one year's experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- A minimum Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program or successful completion of the NPTE for Physical Therapy Assistants.
- Other requirements may vary based on the client facility.
