Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,271 per week

About the role

Triage Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week, 40-hour per week position starting June 29, 2026, in Black River Falls, Wisconsin. The shift is from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
• Administer treatments as directed by a licensed physical therapist
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Wisconsin
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Pass a background check

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed
