Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,079 per week

About the role

RCM HealthCare Travel is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Pikesville, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
• Assist in patient care activities including but not limited to patient assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure patient comfort and well-being.

Requirements

• 2 years of recent experience in a physical therapy setting preferred.
• Valid licensure and/or certifications for the state of work.
• Demonstrate ability to be flexible, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and remain professional during times of stress and change.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (CPTA).

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer software relevant to the field.
