Travel Physical Therapist - Weekly Pay

About the role

A travel Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for providing rehabilitation services, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments
• Plan and deliver skilled physical therapy interventions according to physician orders
• Collaborate with healthcare teams
• Document patient progress
• Set achievable goals tailored to each patient’s capacity

Qualifications & Skills

• Hold a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification
• Possess a current state license or be in the application process
• Have at least one year of experience
• Maintain CPR certification
• Other requirements are determined by the client facility

• Evaluate and modify therapy approaches
• Ensure effective patient outcomes through interdisciplinary collaboration
