About the Role
We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized care plans for diverse patient populations in an acute care setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise PTAs and support staff
- Bill within facility guidelines
- Ensure compliance with state regulations
- Collaborate with medical personnel
- Evaluate and modify treatment plans
- Utilize electronic medical records
- Maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience (1 year preferred)
- BLS certification
- State licensure
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks comfortably
- Additional certifications may be required
