Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy services in a critical access hospital, ensuring patient care, managing caseloads, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
- Work 8 or 10-hour shifts, guaranteeing 40 hours weekly.
- Handle patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress.
Qualifications & Skills
- New graduates considered.
- Inpatient/outpatient experience preferred.
- Critical access hospital rehab experience ideal.
- Strong communication and adaptability skills.
