About the role
Seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an acute care hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and treatments across outpatient, inpatient, and swing bed units
- Treat approximately 8 patients daily
- Utilize MatrixCare/Matrix EMR for charting
- Participate in department-specific orientation and maintain professional casual attire
- Complete 12 hours of orientation
- Work in a setting with no PT aides or PTAs on staff
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred; new graduates considered with training
- Active PT license and current BLS certification required
- Driver's license essential
- Provide two professional references, including recent supervisor and peer or supervisor from the past three years
- No recent employment with affiliated facilities within the past year unless worked through outside firms
- Open to first-time travelers with appropriate training

Schedule
Weekday schedule with 36‑hour weeks; no weekend or holiday coverage.
