Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, active state license, CPR certification, and possibly BLS certification. Must have reliable transportation, a current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance.
