About the role

A travel Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating and providing rehabilitation services to patients with medical needs, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to achieve patient goals.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and conduct patient assessments
• Create, modify, and develop care plans
• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions and administer therapy services
• Document patient progress
• Educate patients and families on therapy methods
• Establish realistic goals
• Record patient data
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient recovery
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve patient goals

Qualifications

• Hold a Doctorate or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification
• Possess current state licensure or be in the process
• Have at least one year of experience
• Maintain CPR certification
• Additional requirements may be specified by the facility
