Travel Physical Therapist - Weekly Pay

About the role

This position requires a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide rehabilitation services through direct patient care, assessment, and treatment planning. The PT will develop individualized care plans, administer interventions per physician orders, and evaluate patient progress. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and patient education are essential components of the role.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients' medical conditions and functional capabilities.
• Establish and implement personalized treatment programs with achievable goals.
• Document patient conditions and modify care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about physical therapy methods.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or active application process as a PT.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and patient education skills.
