About the role

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing individualized rehabilitation treatment plans for patients. The position emphasizes patient-centered care, teamwork, documentation, and adherence to physician directives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations
• Establish and modify treatment programs

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy
• Pass the NPTE
• Hold an active state license or be in the process
• Minimum of one year of experience
• Current CPR certification
• Experienced in rehabilitation
