Travel Physical Therapist - Weekly Pay

About the role

Travel Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating, developing, and executing individualized care plans for diverse patient populations in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of PTAs and support staff
• Bill within facility guidelines
• Ensure compliance with state PT board regulations
• Collaborate with medical personnel to provide team-focused care
• Evaluate and modify plans as needed
• Understand and utilize adaptive equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation according to guidelines

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 6 months of experience (new grads encouraged)
• BLS certification
• State-specific licensure
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Physical capability to perform job duties
• Certifications beyond BLS may be required prior to assignment

Schedule

The role involves working 8-hour days, 40 hours per week.
