Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in a hospital setting.
- Manage a patient load of 6-9 per day, with potential to float to other facilities.
- Ensure quality patient care and adhere to facility protocols.
- Deliver patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Flexibility to work across multiple facilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active state license required.
- BLS certification may be necessary.
- Experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with EMR systems like Epic are preferred.
