About the role

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for assessing and providing rehabilitation services to patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to meet patient goals. The position entails providing skilled physical therapy services, evaluating patient needs, and working under physician guidance to achieve treatment goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments
• Establish and modify treatment programs
• Document patient progress
• Educate patients and families
• Ensure therapy interventions align with physician orders

Qualifications

• Hold a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Pass the NPTE
• Have at least one year of experience
• Hold or be in the process of obtaining state licensure
• Possess current CPR certification
