Travel Physical Therapist - Weekly Pay

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist (PT) assesses referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, and provides skilled physical therapy interventions based on physician orders. They evaluate patient needs, set realistic goals, document progress, and educate patients and families about therapy methods. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to plan and review patient care is essential.

• Develop and adjust care plans
• Deliver direct patient care
• Assess and modify interventions
• Ensure documentation accuracy
• Work closely with healthcare teams to achieve patient rehabilitation goals

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Passed the NPTE
• Active state license or in application process
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience
