About the role
The role involves 8-hour day shifts, with a focus on team collaboration and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise PTAs and support staff
- Bill and document accurately, complying with facility and state guidelines
- Collaborate with medical personnel and physicians to ensure cohesive patient care
- Assess and modify treatment plans based on patient progress
- Understand and utilize adaptive equipment
- Use medical computer systems efficiently
- Maintain timely, compliant documentation
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 6 months of experience; 1 year preferred, new grads encouraged to apply
- Valid state licensure and BLS certification
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lean for extended periods
