About the role

Travel Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized care plans for diverse patient populations in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of PTAs and support staff
• Bill and document treatments accurately following facility and insurance guidelines
• Collaborate with medical personnel to ensure cohesive care plans
• Assess patient needs, modify treatment plans accordingly, and understand adaptive equipment usage
• Utilize medical systems for daily documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience; new grads encouraged to apply
• Current BLS certification and state-specific license
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and support long periods of activity
