Travel Physical Therapist SNF/LTC - $2,524 per week

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure in New Hampshire to work in a SNF / LTC setting on a travel contract basis.

About the role

This is a 13-week travel assignment in Laconia, New Hampshire, starting 10/05/2026. The role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the organization’s vision, values, mission, and critical goals into job performance.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• 5x8 days schedule (8-hour shifts, days)

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• SNF / LTC experience required
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice (or in the immediate process of obtaining)

Pay

Pay package is based on 8.0-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
