Travel Physical Therapist - SNF / LTC - $2,272 per week

About the role

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a short‑term assignment at a skilled nursing/long‑term care facility in Lancaster, California. The position is a 13‑week contract, full‑time (40 hours per week) with an 8‑hour day shift schedule. Both experienced and newly graduated Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet therapy goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (or actively in the licensure process).
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
