Travel Physical Therapist - SNF/LTC - $2,075 per week

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in Pennsylvania to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care (SNF / LTC) setting. This is a 13-week travel contract position.

Schedule

• 5x8 days (8-hour shifts, daytime)
• 40 hours per week
• Start date: 08/17/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• SNF / LTC experience required
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice (Pennsylvania)
