Travel Physical Therapist - SNF/LTC - $2,070 per week

About the Role

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in Pennsylvania to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. This is a travel contract position with a days schedule.

This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into job performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a SNF/LTC environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• SNF/LTC experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice (or in process).

Schedule

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days

Pay package is based on 8.0-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
