About the role
Physical Therapist (SNF) - Specialty Care in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This position involves providing rehabilitative therapy services to patients in a long‑term care environment. The role is critical for supporting patient recovery and functional independence. The assignment begins on 10/05/2026 and concludes on 01/09/2027 (14 weeks). Critical need with a quick start bonus.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Authorized to work in the designated location (Unity, New Hampshire).

Pay
Guaranteed 40 hours per week at a rate of $100 per hour (based on 8‑hour shifts). Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Day shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
