About the role
Focus Staff is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel contract in Ladysmith, WI. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting. Contract Length: 13 Weeks Start Date: 09/14/2026 Shift: 5x8 Days
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
Requirements
- 1 Year of Experience
- Valid WI License
- BLSEligible to work in the United States
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current license to practice in the state of Wisconsin
