Job Details Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, with at least 1 year of direct experience in a SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility). Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, beginning October 26, 2026, through January 24, 2027. Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, developing treatment plans, executing therapy interventions, documenting progress, and collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes. Required Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, at least 1 year of experience in a SNF, and current CPR certification. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with geriatric populations in SNF settings; familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Additional Information: Float rotation may be required.
