Travel Physical Therapist - SNF - $2,650 per week

About the role

The organization is seeking a Contract Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in Belle Fourche, South Dakota. The role supports patient care and rehabilitation services within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care and rehabilitation services within the facility.
• Provide physical therapy treatments as per the established treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Requirements

• Physical Therapist licensure;
• Education and certification requirements as required for licensure.

Qualifications

• Experience in SNF settings preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Proficient in using medical equipment and technology related to physical therapy.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Days, 8 shift hours, minimum 40 hours per week.
