The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a position in Effingham, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment programs.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in SNF setting preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer certification preferred.

Pay
