LeaderStat is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13‑week contract in Seattle, Washington. The assignment starts on October 26, 2026 and ends January 25, 2027, with a schedule of five 8‑hour day shifts per week (08:00–16:30), totaling 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of full‑time experience as a Physical Therapist
• Clinical experience within the last 2 years
• Current state licensure (Washington or applicable state)
