Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Valid state-issued physical therapy license
• Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Ability to work in the specified location

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is advantageous
