Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings in Worcester, Massachusetts. This full-time role involves providing therapy services to patients, contributing to rehabilitation and patient care goals in a skilled nursing environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a SNF setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve therapy objectives
Requirements
- Certification as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Degree in Physical Therapy
- Massachusetts state license or eligibility
- At least 2 years of experience in SNF settings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with adult and geriatric populations in SNF environments
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- CPR certification
Schedule
- Days shift, 8 hours per day
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
