Travel Physical Therapist – Skilled Nursing Facility - $2,503 per week

About the role

HCS 24/7 is seeking a Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Marysville, California starting August 17, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients under the supervision of a physician.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Rehabilitation Therapist.
• No new graduates.

Qualifications

• Current state license in Rehabilitation Therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient assessment tools.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using medical software and equipment.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
