Travel Physical Therapist, Skilled Nursing Facility - $2,371 per week

The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a position in Eugene, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience.
• Experience working in a SNF setting preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Pass a background check.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
