Travel Physical Therapist, Skilled Nursing Facility - $2,621 per week

The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a position in Advance, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina.
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience in a SNF setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
