Travel Physical Therapist, Skilled Nursing Facility - $2,203 per week

The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a position in Dallas, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
