Supplemental Health Care is hiring a Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract at a skilled nursing facility in Lawrence, Massachusetts. The position requires active Physical Therapist licensure/certification in Massachusetts, American Heart Association BLS certification, at least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist, and prior experience in an SNF.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility. Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers.

- $2,124 - $2,347 per week
