Supplemental Health Care is hiring a Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract at a partnering skilled nursing facility in Dickinson, North Dakota. The position requires active Physical Therapist licensure/certification in North Dakota, American Heart Association BLS certification, at least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist, and prior experience in an SNF.

Physical Therapist Contract Details
$2,160 - $2,326 per week, 13-week contract with possibility of extension. Services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers.
