Travel Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation Therapy - $2,637 per week

PRIDE Health is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 17, 2026, in Belle Fourche, South Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of South Dakota.
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
