Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in San Francisco, California. The position is 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in California.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pass a criminal history check.

Pay
