Travel Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation Therapy - $2,246 per week
Job Description
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment with Clancy HealthCare Rehab in Clancy, Montana. This opportunity offers the chance to work with a geriatric population in a skilled nursing setting focused on improving mobility, function, independence, and quality of life.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, establish individualized treatment plans, provide skilled therapeutic interventions, complete documentation, and collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to maximize patient outcomes. This position is ideal for therapists who enjoy relationship-based care and making a meaningful impact on their patients' daily lives.
Requirements
- Active Montana Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of recent PT experience preferred
- SNF, LTC, or geriatric experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
