Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage physical therapy services at the facility
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
- Perform physical examinations and assessments
- Provide patient education and counseling
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Kentucky
- American Heart Association BLS
- At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Prior experience in a Rehab facility is preferred
Qualifications

- $1,880 - $2,066 per week*
- 13-week full-time contract with possibility of extension
