Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026, in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical and occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Rehabilitation Therapist in Wyoming.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of rehabilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
