Supplemental Health Care is working with a Rehab facility in Nashville, Tennessee to hire Physical Therapists. Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Tennessee, American Heart Association BLS, at least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist, and prior experience in a Rehab facility are required.

- Shift: 8 hours, days
