About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week contract in Sheridan, Wyoming.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
Qualifications
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wyoming.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in physical therapy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
