Travel Physical Therapist, Rehabilitation - $2,356 per week

PRIDE Health is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026, in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wyoming.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
