About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Glendive, Montana.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Active Physical Therapist License.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current CPR certification.
