Travel Physical Therapist - Rehab - $2,623 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, located in Kent, Washington. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Washington State.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week, subject to confirmation. There is also a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
