Travel Physical Therapist - Rehab - $2,618 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment starting on August 17, 2026, located in Laveen, Arizona. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
